This list is by no means exhaustive and we welcome the opportunity to consider other client groups.
Each of our clients will be in receipt of our extensive Housing Related Support Service as well as our Tenant Liaison Support. Each person will be individually assessed by us and will have a package of support built directly around their needs.
The support they receive will be delivered in collaboration with other care or support providers and the whole service provided will be monitored and managed by Cedar Care Group.
Our focus is to create an environment where each person can integrate into the local community and also sustain their tenancy to a point where they may be able to move on into more independent living options. We will also assist them in this and will work closely with Private and Public Sector housing providers to facilitate this.
