Cedar Care Group is able to provide a full housing related support and tenant liaison service to those who require housing with additional requirements to those of general needs accommodation.

Providing just accommodation temporarily does not create a solution to the current challenges faced. Many of which are made more significant by the current social measures having to be taken.

The Services that Cedar Care Group offers would ultimately have the following beneficial effects:

• Assist each Local Authority in meeting their Homelessness and other rehousing strategies by providing good quality, readily available properties to be used for a variety of required services.
• Third Party Agencies will have the opportunity to provide their required services by working in collaboration with Local Authorities and Cedar Care Group.
• Encouraging community integration and overall tenancy sustainment.
• Reduce the overall cost and reliance of temporary accommodation.
• Encourage service users to live as independently as they can alongside their bespoke packages of care, support and supervision.
