Properties
All of our properties are for the purpose of delivering a comprehensive supported living program. They will all meet our Property Condition Standard and achieve all necessary compliance, health and safety requirements. Cedar Care Group is able to work with each Local Authority to address their own strategic requirements and then procure property to meet any rehousing demands.
We are consistently pursuing our project of procurement allowing us to offer a wide variety of properties to be used for many service types of Supported Accommodation. Our flexibility will also give the opportunity to consider the use of any specific property for the desired service needed.
We are able to offer both self-contained and shared accommodation across fourteen Local Authority areas
Each property will be either furnished or unfurnished and will have all of the required amenities and conditions to meet the Decent Homes Standard.
Should any property require specific services, these will be assessed prior to any occupation.
All properties will have regular health and safety checks as well as fire safety and protection assessments.
