Each of our clients will be in receipt of our extensive Housing Related Support Service as well as our Tenant Liaison Support. Each person will be individually assessed by us and will have a package of support built directly around their needs.
The support they receive will be delivered in collaboration with other care or support providers and the whole service provided will be monitored and managed by Cedar Care Group.
Our focus is to create an environment where each person can integrate into the local community and also sustain their tenancy to a point where they may be able to move on into more independent living options. We will also assist them in this and will work closely with Private and Public Sector housing providers to facilitate this.
Our primary client groups are as follows:
– Homelessness
– Elderly
– Victims of Domestic Violence
– Care Leavers
– Low to Mid-Level Learning Disabilities
– Ex Offenders
This list is by no means exhaustive and we welcome the opportunity to consider other client groups
During the period of their occupancy we will use that time to undertake an ongoing period of assessment to identify their longer term housing needs.
If further support is required referrals can be made to the relevant service or commissioning authority and if successful Cedar Care Group has the ability to provide that Supported Accommodation for a longer period of time.
