For individuals with different help needs and offer a scope of help that remembers helping individuals to prevail for instruction or work, improve mental prosperity or breaking the endless loop they wind up in once they become destitute.

We create a sustainable community by partnering with local agencies thereby helping our clients to be more active and valued in the community.
We understand that breaking the cycles of homelessness can be quite challenging and have decided to discover the ways we can support our clients’ pathways to independence. This is how we get it done:
- First, we provide supported housing,
- Come up with a project that was designed specifically for individuals facing multiple complex needs,
- Providing a fully enhanced housing management, and
- Providing a shared housing that is affordable for homeless people and all those with housing needs.

Currently, we accommodate people in a variety of properties usually on a long term agreement. The aim here is to provide an environment that is stable enough to give people the best chance needed to address problems that homelessness brought their way. This also provides them with an opportunity to move forward and stand on their own.
WE ARE HAPPY TO ANNOUNCE THAT WE ARE:
Providing a permanent solution to all forms of homelessness by housing at least 2,020 people in the year 2020.
Providing our clients with access to a permanent home is a basic human right.
As a basic human right, there is no condition that housing is subject to.
You do not need to behave in a certain way, or give up a pet, or expected to stay away from drugs and alcohol before you are qualified to be given a home.
We do not expect homeless people to earn a right to housing, we believe they have the right already by being human.
We only expect that they follow the conditions of their tenancy, and to also interact nicely with the support services which include food banks, clothing, etc to be accepted back into the society.
